Classes will be either on Mondays or Tuesdays @ 6:00 p.m. and will last for five weeks. Pre registration and a $75.00 deposit to hold your seats is required.

It is best to seek enrollment in classes no later than week 24 of your pregnancy. This will allow for adequate time in case you are put on a waiting list, and enough time for practice prior to the birthing of your baby as you finish your classes.

Through HypnoBirthing® classes you will learn a unique method of childbirth education, which is enhanced by hypnosis, imagery, and relaxation techniques. This method wonderfully complements traditional health care. The curriculum emphasizes both pregnancy and childbirth.
Each HypnoBirthing® course is taught in a series of five, 2 1/2 hr classes. (This would cost as much as $1,495.00 if you paid for individual sessions.)

The classes can be private or held in a group of up to five couples.

Fees

Included in the course registration fee of $395.00 is attendance for two people, a copy of HypnoBirthing®, the Mongan Method, two CD’s for home practice support and several hypnosis scripts and handouts for the birthing partner. In addition, couples receive one private coaching or hypnosis session ($160.00 value) to help them deepen their learning on anything covered in class or to design their parenting relationship.
A $75.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration; payment plans are available, including VISA and Master Charge. The balance is due at the first class, unless other payment arrangements have been made. When you host a class for you and at least one other couple and you will receive $50.00 off your class fee.

Orientation is now by Webinar.

What is a Webinar?
A webinar is where you and your birthing companion can listen to and watch an orientation via your computer. All orientation slides, handouts, forms and videos are viewed from the comfort of your own home. You will be able to see your instructor via web cam, interact with her and other participants via live feed and phone conferencing. No travel, no traffic, save time, save fuel, and see if using hypnosis for child birthing is the method that is right for you and your baby.
