Karen Rothstein, MA is one of the few HypnoBirthing® Educators in the Sacramento area who is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist registered by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners, the National Guild of Hypnotists and the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists.

A Certified HypnoBirthing® Practitioner, she trained personally with Marie Morgan, the founder of HypnoBirthing®, the number one technique for natural childbirth.

Karen is a professional coach trained by the Coaches Training Institute, with advanced training in Relationships and Systems Coaching. She provides additional support to parents as the roles in the marital relationship change with the onset of parenting.

During HypnoBirthing® sessions Karen also employs a simple energy therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) that blends perfectly with hypnotherapy to offer help with stress, nausea, and fear during the pregnancy.

In her full practice Ms. Rothstein specializes in traditional techniques in hypnosis, aimed at symptom removal and behavior modification as well as a contemporary practice known as "Transpersonal Hypnotherapy," which is a more in-depth approach striving for wholeness in body, mind and spirit.
